I'm so impressed by how respectfully quiet the noise level throughout the airport (JFK is a nightmare for sensitive ears!). The lounge is so relaxing because of the luxury, amenities, and quiet vibe.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lounge! The food is delicious and the kid's play area is a total upgrade from the one in Ataturk! We also booked the private suites and slept for hours!😊
We didn't pay anything extra for the private suites. We are a family of 2 adults, one child (that's me, Zaid 🤣) and an infant. They gave us 2 rooms, each with one single sized bed. 😊

Hi Angel, nice review. Tell me did you upgraded your ticket via Skype or at lounge desk at airport? Also I want to ask you, I flying in June with Turkish Airlines from Basra to Istanbul, than from Istanbul to Belgrade. I'm the member of Miles and Smiles program, have Miles & Smiles Classic Card (Star Alliance). I want to upgrade my economy ticket (Istanbul to Belgrade) to business ticket and pay with my miles to get access to the international departures Turkish Airlines CIP Lounge for Star Alliance business passengers, same as I do before on Ataturk Airport. So just confirm it that OK, can I use that lounge with my upgraded business class ticket? Appreciate
@Angel Arnaudov Call this number +902124440849 via Skype than agent will lead you through instructions, it takes 10-15 min to complete process, just need to have some money on your Skype credit.

@Angel Arnaudov Thanks Angel, that's fine, but I prefer to upgrade a few days before flight via Skype, because sometimes all business class seats are already booked on the flight day. It's better to upgrade in advance, just my opinion. Thanks one more time.
Hi Igor I upgraded at the desk before the lounge entrance. You can do the same thing, just ask them for upgrade with miles which will work if you have enough miles. The lounge is excellent!
